We specialize in home inspections
Premier Property Inspections, LLC has been locally owned and operated since 2004, with more than 20,000 home inspections completed. From our main office in Tipp City and our Columbus office, we serve homebuyers, sellers and real estate agents all around the Dayton and Columbus areas. Our inspectors bring more than 30 years of combined experience and complete continuing education every year to deliver the most up-to-date, accurate inspection of your home.
Our mission statement
Premier Property Inspections is committed to providing the best in customer service. Our goal is to earn the business each and every time we have the opportunity to perform an inspection. We will never assume the business due to the relationships we have built with our brokers. We will strive for excellence at every opportunity. We pride ourselves on being the best in the industry and will always be leaders in the industry.
I have 19 years of home inspection experience. Before that, I spent 11 years in law enforcement as a patrolman and accident investigator. Today I'm also a state licensed instructor, teaching home inspection for the state licensing program. When I'm not inspecting, I enjoy all things outdoors and sports. The same attention to detail I brought to accident investigation, goes into every inspection.
Ohio Licensed Home Inspector: Michael Welch Jr, License OHI.2019006050
I bring 26 years of pest control and inspection experience and am a certified instructor for WDI (wood-destroying insect) continuing education classes. I love the outdoors and learning new trades.
